2. Service Description
YouTellMe is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides AI-powered real-time assistance during online interviews. The service captures audio and screen content from the user's device, processes it using artificial intelligence, and delivers structured hints to the user's mobile device or Bluetooth earpiece.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use YouTellMe. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment & Billing
YouTellMe uses a per-session pricing model. Charges are applied based on the features and AI models used during each session. Prices are displayed before each session begins. All payments are processed through our payment provider. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service; use the service to violate any applicable laws; redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the service; attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, designs, and content comprising YouTellMe are the property of Morerange S.L. You retain ownership of your personal data, including resumes and session content you provide.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
YouTellMe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated hints will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The service depends on third-party APIs and internet connectivity, which may experience downtime or degradation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morerange S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of YouTellMe, including but not limited to lost opportunities, interview outcomes, or employment decisions.
10. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use YouTellMe and for ensuring that your use complies with any rules, policies, or agreements applicable to your interview process. Morerange S.L. does not encourage or endorse any violation of third-party policies.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
